  • Product name and version

  • Blender version

  • Operating system

  • What you expected to happen

  • What happened instead

  • Steps to reproduce the issue

When files are involved

  • Attach a reduced demo file whenever possible.

  • Strip unrelated content before uploading.

  • Add screenshots if the issue is easier to show than to describe.

Purchase and account issues

  • If the issue is about downloads, renewals, or account linking, mention where the purchase was made.

  • If you purchased in Second Life, include the avatar name that made the purchase.
